Kenlea Swadener #00

Kenlea prides herself on highly technical play with on-field awareness that leads her team and positions her to make crucial stops between the pipes.  She values ball distribution from the back to create valuable opportunities for her teammates.  In addition to recording 12 clean sheets, allowing only 6 goals in league play, and executing in PKs to win the Texas Conference Cup, being Sting Dallas Black's 08 ECNL goalkeeper has provided her influential coaches and leadership development.  

As a sophomore this past high school season, Kenlea completed her 2nd year on varsity, where her team finished as Regional Quarterfinal Champions.  For the season, Kenlea executed 20 clean sheets, allowed only 2 goals, saved 7 of 12 PKs and was 100% on PKs taken.  Kenlea is also a member of First McKinney Church, a National Honor Society inductee, a member of FCA, and a member of National Charity League.

Kenlea has had many incredible opportunities on her soccer journey including playing for the Soccer.com/Club Partner XI United States showcase team during the Women's World Cup in New Zealand last summer. She and her team played local and professional teams across New Zealand and attended World Cup matches.
