Leah Simpson #9

Leah has been playing soccer since she was 3 and competitive soccer since she was 8 years old. She is now a Captain for our Sting Black O8 ECNL team. She primarily plays forward for Sting and her Hebron High School Varsity team. She is also used as an attacking midfielder and on occasion as a defender when needed. Leah plays fearless, smart and fast. She was identified by PrepSoccer at the Fall 2024 ECNL showcase in Phoenix as one of the unranked best XI. She participated in the USYNT Talent ID Center in Dallas in 2022.

As a sophomore, Leah was named 1st Team All-District 6-6A, Academic All-District 6-6A and Hebron HS Varsity Forward of the Year. Leah plans to continue participating in track at Hebron in the Spring, running in the 4 x 100m, 4 x 200m and the 100m hurdles. Leah also focuses on her academics by taking Advanced Placement and honors classes in multiple subjects.
