Mikaela Valentine #3

Mikaela began her soccer journey at the age of 3 and has evolved into a versatile player, excelling as an outside left back.  Her defense is marked by confidence and a strong conviction in tackles.  She is dependable and dominant on the back line.  Composed under pressure, she distributes the ball well from the back.  Mikaela has also played in the 6, 8 and center back positions.  

As a varsity starter at South Grand Prairie High School, she not only shines on the soccer field but also demonstrates her athletic versatility by running varsity cross country and track.  She finished her sophomore year as the leading goal scorer with 17 goals.  Over the past four seasons, Mikaela has started in over 100 ECNL games, showcasing her reliability and skills.  

Fluent in Spanish, Mikaela is a well-rounded student, a member of the National Honor Society and takes college and advanced placement classes, current GPA 4.2.
